The operator and this website
Green Patch at greenpatch.pro is a demonstration project showing an independent gardening website. No registered business, certification, professional qualification or operational history is represented. These terms are a starting draft and must be adapted to the real legal entity, service territory and consumer rules before commercial use.
Information and service descriptions
The articles explain general considerations and proposed service scopes. They are not individual professional advice, binding quotations or a guarantee of results. Check information relevant to your circumstances with an appropriately qualified person or official source. Prices, service availability and delivery dates have not been established.
Enquiries, bookings and payments
Submitting a form does not create a contract, confirm an appointment or reserve a product. This site does not take payments. A real supplier must provide the scope, total charges, applicable taxes, timing, cancellation rights and any required consumer information before a visitor accepts a paid service.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access or submit malicious content. Do not use the enquiry form for confidential credentials, unlawful material or unsolicited advertising. The operator may restrict abusive use where legally permitted.
Content and imagery
The demonstration identity and editorial content are provided as part of this site package. The thematic hero image is AI-generated. Team photos are third-party Unsplash stock images illustrating fictional roles, not photographs of employees. Verify applicable image, font and software licence terms before reuse or commercial distribution.
External links and availability
Third-party maps, fonts, scripts and images are governed by their providers and may be unavailable. The website may change as the concept develops. These draft terms do not promise uninterrupted access, but no provision removes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Responsibility and disputes
A live operator must define lawful, proportionate liability terms and identify the governing law and dispute route appropriate to its service territory. No jurisdiction or liability waiver is invented for this demonstration. Consumer protections and other non-excludable rights continue to apply where relevant.
Contact and revisions
Contact placeholder: care@greenpatch.pro. Replace this address and the concept identity with verified operator details before publication. Record the effective date of any revised terms and retain the version applicable to a real transaction.
